- Outsourced Staffing: Skilled personnel for IT support, development, virtual assistance, and customer service.
- Consultancy: Expert advice on IT projects.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use our services only for lawful purposes.
Respect the rights of others, including their intellectual property.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Not interfere with the operation of our services.

3. Intellectual Property

The Company or its licensors own all website designs, software code, written materials, and other content provided. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without our written permission.

4. Outsourced Staffing

If you use our outsourced staffing:

You understand that these individuals are Company employees or contractors, not yours.
You agree not to directly or indirectly recruit these individuals as your employees for at least one year after their work with the Company ends.

5. Automatic Renewal and Termination

Services automatically renew unless either you or the Company provides notice of termination.
We will send renewal reminders prior to the end of your contract. Deadlines for providing notice of termination will be included in the reminders.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes lost profits, data, or goodwill.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
Disputes will be resolved in Philippine courts.
If mutually agreed upon, arbitration or mediation in the client’s jurisdiction may be used.

8. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. Continued use signifies your acceptance of the changes.
